1. About the Service

EPTI (the “Service”) provides a personality test that explores how you approach economic life across 16 types. The test, results, and related content are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not professional financial, investment, or psychological advice or counseling.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EPTI is not responsible for financial decisions made in reliance on the results or other content provided through the Service.

2. Free and Paid Content

  • The test and basic results are available free of charge.
  • A one-time payment grants you the detailed paid report for your result, delivered as a digital download (PDF). This is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. (“Gumroad”), a third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record. Purchases made through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad’s own terms of service.
  • The paid report is a digital product delivered by instant download after purchase. Once the download has been made available, the sale is final and refunds are not provided. Before purchasing, you can take the test and review substantial free content for your type at no cost.
  • If you experience a technical problem — for example, a corrupted file, a failed download, or content that cannot be opened — contact us at eptitest.official@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with such laws, that provision will not apply to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service—including test questions, type descriptions, character artwork, and related materials—is protected by copyright and belongs to the Service provider.

You may share your personal results for personal, noncommercial purposes through sharing images, links, or other sharing features provided by the Service. Except for this permitted personal sharing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any Service content without authorization.

6. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The Service provider may improve, update, or change the content or features of the Service. The Service may also be suspended or discontinued when unavoidable circumstances make doing so necessary.

7. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms are changed, the changes and their effective date will be posted on this page. Users will be notified in advance when required by applicable law.

By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

8. Controlling Language

These Terms are available in multiple languages. If there is any difference in interpretation among the language versions, the English version will control unless applicable law provides otherwise.
